Política de privacidad de YORGA

En resumen: YORGA no tiene servidores propios. Tu organización queda en tu computadora (y en tu Google Drive solo si activás las copias). No hay publicidad, ni estadísticas de uso, ni rastreo, y no compartimos tus datos con nadie.

1. Qué datos usa YORGA

• De YouTube, con tu permiso: tu lista de suscripciones, el nombre y la foto de tu cuenta, y los últimos videos de cada canal (título, miniatura, fecha y duración).
• Mi colección: si guardás un video en "Mi colección" (arrastrándolo desde YouTube), YORGA usa solo el código del video para pedirle a YouTube su título, canal, miniatura, tema (por ejemplo "Música"), etiquetas y el comienzo de la descripción. Con eso lo ordena en tus categorías. No lee el resto de la página.
• Lo que armás vos: categorías, colores, favoritos, notas, reglas de clasificación y qué videos marcaste como vistos.

2. Dónde se guardan

• En tu computadora, dentro de Chrome. Nadie más los ve.
• En tu propio Google Drive, solo si activás las copias de seguridad o la sincronización entre computadoras. YORGA solo puede ver los archivos que ella misma crea, nunca el resto de tu Drive.
• La sesión de Google se guarda solo mientras Chrome está abierto y nunca se incluye en las copias. Si usás Drive, se guarda en tu computadora el correo de esa cuenta, solo para renovar la conexión sin preguntarte.

3. Permisos de Google

• youtube.readonly — ver tus suscripciones y los videos de esos canales.
• youtube.force-ssl — solo cuando vos lo pedís: desuscribirte de un canal o crear una playlist. YORGA siempre te pide confirmación antes y nunca cambia nada por su cuenta.
• drive.file — solo si activás las copias en Drive, y únicamente sobre los archivos que crea YORGA.

El uso y la transferencia que hace YORGA de la información recibida de las API de Google cumplen con la Política de datos del usuario de los servicios de API de Google, incluidos los requisitos de uso limitado. Los datos de Google se usan solo para mostrarte y organizar tu propio contenido dentro de YORGA. No se venden, no se usan para publicidad, no se transfieren a terceros y ninguna persona los lee.

4. Permisos de Chrome

• Guardar datos (storage): recordar tu organización.
• Iniciar sesión con Google (identity): conectarte a YouTube y, si querés, a Drive.
• Alarmas (alarms): buscar videos nuevos y hacer copias cada cierto tiempo.
• Notificaciones: avisarte de videos nuevos (se pueden apagar).
• Panel lateral (sidePanel): mostrar YORGA al costado de la página. No lee ni cambia esa página.
• Conexión solo con googleapis.com: es el único lugar al que YORGA se conecta.
• Historial (opcional, apagado de fábrica): solo si activás "Marcar como visto lo que ya viste en YouTube". Se buscan ahí únicamente los videos de YouTube que YORGA tiene como no vistos; se lee solo el código del video, nada se guarda ni sale de tu computadora. Al desactivarlo, el permiso se devuelve.
• Arrastre preciso desde YouTube (opcional, apagado de fábrica): si lo activás en Ajustes, Chrome te pide permiso para youtube.com. YORGA lo usa solo en el momento en que arrastrás algo de YouTube, para saber a qué video pertenece. No guarda nada de la página, no lee tu historial ni lo que escribís y no manda nada a ningún lado. Al desactivarlo, YORGA devuelve el permiso.

5. Lo que YORGA nunca hace

• No manda tus datos a servidores propios ni a otras empresas.
• No tiene publicidad, estadísticas de uso, telemetría ni rastreo.
• No lee las páginas que visitás ni tu historial (salvo las dos opciones que vos activás, explicadas arriba).
• No envía mensajes por su cuenta: si usás "Informar un problema", se abre tu programa de correo y el mensaje lo mandás vos.

6. Cómo borrar tus datos

• Desde YORGA: Ajustes → "Zona de cuidado" → borrar todo.
• Al desinstalar YORGA, Chrome borra todo lo que guardó en esa computadora.
• Las copias en Drive son archivos tuyos: podés borrarlos desde tu Google Drive.
• Podés quitarle el acceso a tu cuenta de Google en cualquier momento desde myaccount.google.com/permissions.

YORGA Privacy Policy

Summary: YORGA has no servers of its own. Your data stays on your computer (and in your own Google Drive only if you enable backups). No ads, no usage analytics, no tracking, and your data is never shared with anyone.

1. Data YORGA uses

• From YouTube, with your permission: your subscription list, your account name and picture, and the latest videos from each channel (title, thumbnail, date and duration).
• My collection: when you save a video to "My collection" (by dragging it from YouTube), YORGA uses only the video ID to request its title, channel, thumbnail, topic (e.g. "Music"), tags and the beginning of its description from YouTube, to sort it into your categories. It does not read the rest of the page.
• What you create: categories, colors, favorites, notes, sorting rules and which videos you marked as watched.

2. Where it is stored

• On your computer, inside Chrome. Nobody else can see it.
• In your own Google Drive, only if you enable backups or sync between computers. YORGA can only access the files it creates itself, never the rest of your Drive.
• The Google session is kept only while Chrome is open and is never included in backups. If you use Drive, the email of that account is stored on your computer only to renew the connection without asking you again.

3. Google permissions

• youtube.readonly — view your subscriptions and the videos from those channels.
• youtube.force-ssl — only when you ask for it: unsubscribing from a channel or creating a playlist. YORGA always asks you to confirm first and never changes anything on its own.
• drive.file — only if you enable Drive backups, and only for the files YORGA creates.

YORGA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to show and organize your own content inside YORGA. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not transferred to third parties, and not read by any person.

4. Chrome permissions

• storage: remember your organization.
• identity: sign in with Google to connect to YouTube and, optionally, Drive.
• alarms: check for new videos and make backups periodically.
• notifications: notify you about new videos (can be turned off).
• sidePanel: show YORGA next to the current page. It does not read or change that page.
• Host access to googleapis.com only: the only place YORGA connects to.
• history (optional, off by default): only if you enable "Mark as watched what you already watched on YouTube". Only the YouTube videos YORGA has as unwatched are looked up; only the video ID is read and nothing is stored or leaves your computer. The permission is released when you turn it off.
• Precise drag from YouTube (optional, off by default; scripting + youtube.com): if you enable it in Settings, Chrome asks for access to youtube.com. YORGA uses it only at the moment you start dragging something on YouTube, to know which video it belongs to. It stores nothing from the page, does not read your history or what you type, and sends nothing anywhere. The permission is released when you turn it off.

5. What YORGA never does

• It does not send your data to its own servers or to other companies.
• It has no ads, usage analytics, telemetry or tracking.
• It does not read the pages you visit or your browsing history (except the two optional features described above).
• It never sends messages on its own: "Report a problem" opens your email app and you send the message yourself.

6. Deleting your data

• In YORGA: Settings → "Danger zone" → delete everything.
• Uninstalling YORGA makes Chrome delete everything it stored on that computer.
• Drive backups are your own files: you can delete them from your Google Drive.
• You can revoke YORGA's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
